  • Analysis of prerequisites and clarification of terms and conditions
  • Initial proposal based on materials supplied by the investor (situation graf, altimetry plan, as-is graf, legal requirements, land use plan, disposition program) which will also include the analysis and evaluation of alternate solutions for equal requirements supported by a graphical display in scale M 1:200.

Design

  • Final proposal based on the approved Vision.
  • A holistic study of the object, ground plans, views and sections in M 1:100, 3D-visualization.
  • Object description.

Planning Permission Project

  • Leading all consultations for the approval process.
  • Finalizing the Project Documentation.
04.

Project Realization

  • Preparation of specifications for the Realization Project Documentation reflecting the outcomes of Planning Permission and contributions from Specialists.
  • Proposal of Realization Project which includes project details, a definition of materials and all exterior and interior elements.
